The home has a traditional “colonial” layout (U shape), with two distinct wings that are separated by a beautiful garden courtyard, complete with fountain and tropical plantings.
The North wing offers a large, fully equipped kitchen with prep island, and breakfast bar. There is also a beautiful dining room, an indoor laundry area with washer and dryer and utility sink. Down the hall you find one of the 2 large master bedroom suites that is wheelchair accessible.
The South wing features another large master suite, and 3 more spacious bedrooms that share a bath.
The middle section of the home has a large living room with ample seating, desk, custom tray ceilings, and huge windows to take in those great views of San Jose and the Central Valley. Stretching the entire front of the house, you will find a wide “rocking chair” front porch, perfect for having your morning coffee, watching the sunrise, or evening cocktails with the twinkling city lights in the distance.
Through out the home the rooms are spacious and airy with high ceilings. Built in the year 2000, to USA standards, this home has all the comforts you would expect of home.
